About Z64 Central

Z64 Central is a free, ad-light walkthrough site for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

I originally built z64central.com in 1998, when I was a teenager who could not stop playing OoT. The site is back, rebuilt from scratch, ahead of the upcoming Switch 2 remake.

Why this site?

Most existing OoT walkthrough sites are bloated with ads, popups, and trackers. This one is intentionally not. Pages load fast, the screenshots are big, the search works, and there’s a progress tracker that doesn’t require an account.

A complete N64 walkthrough — every dungeon, every side quest, every collectible.
Annotated maps of every region and dungeon.
An FAQ that answers the questions people actually search for.
(Coming when the Switch 2 remake launches) Per-version notes inline, plus dedicated pages for any dungeons the remake significantly changes.
